Marv and I were looking at two dates for the Prayer Luncheon due to the Mayor's schedule. When our secretary called the Nat., we found that the only day available was Tues. May 1st. She went ahead and booked that date for us.
I also found out that we were not billed last year for the luncheon because it was a community deal with the Mayor. So the Nat. will be free for us to use. That will save us quite a bit in our budget.
One last thing that we all need to be thinking about right away is who we are going to get as our guest speaker this year. So be praying and thinking about that as well.
